The application of medical 3D printing technology,especially in the dental prosthetic industry,has gradually become a hot research topic.However,because of the imported denture forming equipment and new processing materials are more expensive,it is difficult to accept that for the common household consumption group,especially the old people.The main research focus of domestic researchers is the upstream area of denture forming process parameters and material preparation.The research progress of molding equipment and extrusion system is not yet clear.Therefore,in view of the microfluidic characteristics and high precision requirements of denture slurry,the design and motion characteristics of the 3D printer's extrusion system are studied.Finally,the prototype experiment was used to evaluate the extrusion effect and stability of the system.First of all,the common traditional extrusion system schemes are compared and analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are evaluated.Combined with the characteristics and working principles of each scheme,the general scheme of the 3D printer's extrusion system is designed,and its working principle is briefly outlined.Secondly,the basic working principle of the extrusion system is elaborated,and the size parameters of the key components are worked out.It provides different design schemes for the shape of the internal flow channel structure of the extrusion system,and compares and analyzes each scheme through the ANSYS fluid simulation,and finally determines a most reasonable internal flow path scheme.The fatigue strength and stability of key components such as extrusion rod and reset spring were calculated and analyzed to determine the rationality of dimensional parameters.Finally,the motion characteristics of the extrusion system are analyzed with the principle of work,and the kinematic model of the extrusion rod is derived according to the characteristics of the motion,and then a motion control model is built.The prototype was built to carry out experiments,and the time series model was used to further analyze the experimental data.By analyzing the trend of the current and forecast stages,the stability of the extrusion system is evaluated.
