With the development of society, 3D printing technology develops rapidly, and gradually applied to all walks of life. It is an important scientific and technological achievement in the field of world manufacturing, and also gradual influencing and changing the ways of production,which has brought great changes to the manufacturing field. This dissertation mainly for the soul-- the data processing technology of 3D printing technology.Fast and effective data processing is able to improve the accuracy and strength of machine parts,and also can improve the manufacturing and forming efficiency.The main work of the dissertation is:1 Using Visual C++ and OpenGL graphics tools to develope the visualization of STL file system, this system can realize the STL file read, display, translation, rotation and other operations.2 Because of the problem of slicing in 3D software,I choose the slicing algorithm based on the location information of the triangular facets. It is according to the triangle vertex coordinates of triangular facets to sort, and make the picture show by programming.3 According to the scanning path planning problem of the current 3D printing software,The dissertation propose a advanced path planning method called equidistant offset algorithm, which is based on contour offset algorithm, and the output is the CLI file format,and make the picture show by programming..4 At the same time, the dissertation also consider the manufacture of the denture in the medical world, In order to verify the feasibility of the data processing part, the dissertation make the denture manufacturing experiment and show the result.As the day goes on, 3D printing technology has swept the world.It is necessary to develop the research on the data processing part,which is aim to achieve rapid and efficient manufacturing.
