Implant denture is used for the treatment of teeth defect repair,to restore the occlusal function and morphology of missing teeth.It has greater advantages in tooth missing treatment.Because the implant system in rigid connection and direct anchoring in the alveolar bone,big jaw force easily create tissue damage of the implant-bone interface and lead to planting failure.Therefore,to introduce the buffer mechanism is one of the main directions in the study of modern planting denture.This thesis studies the stress-absorbing element in implants and proposes the method can be achieved.It combines experimental method and the finite element method to study the effect of the buffer unit.And then analyzes the influencing factors and the effect laws of the buffering effect,to provide reference for the study of the buffer unit in implants.The main works and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Elaborating the structure and the connection method of traditional implant system,and according to the structure and connection method of traditional implant system,this thesis proposes an achieved method of pretension mechanism of buffer unit.Increasing a buffer unit between abutment and implant,and through the central bolt to connect the parts as a whole.In the research,it puts forward the structure design details of the buffer unit and elaborate the evaluation principles.(2)Select silicon rubber as the buffer unit material.By uniaxial compression relaxation experiments,get the relaxation curves of silicone rubber samples.Then select an appropriate viscoelastic constitutive theory and combine the experimental curve to define the viscoelastic properties of silicon rubber.(3)Design and build the experiment platform.Through the experimental method to explore the effects of buffer unit on alveolar bone model stress.Certainly the buffer unit can play a role of buffering capacity of absorb the jaw force.At the same time,the experiment results provides the reference for the finite element simulation,to verify the reliability of the results of finite element method,laying the groundwork for further research on this subject.(4)By using the finite element method,this thesis analysis the implant-bone interface stress distribution characteristics.And then analysis the influence factors of the buffer unit effects from the buffer unit structure and material properties,get the rule of the influence of various factors on the buffering effect.
