At present, the automation level of the construction industry still trails behind compared with some other industries. To realize the rapid, efficient automated construction has become a trend as the world, especially developed countries' construction concept transformed. Building 3D printing technology is a new technology of building automation produced in recent years which has a broad development potential. It is necessary to do some scientific and deep research on building 3D printing technology.First of all, this thesis reviews the basic principle and characteristics of building 3D printing technology.On the basis, the existed building 3D printing technology is classified for extrusion printing and selective solidification printing, and comparative analysis has been made between two printing process.This thesis summarizes key technology problem as material, technology and equipment, standard through detailed analysis. In addition, a scientific comprehensive evaluation has been made between the building 3D printing technology, prefabricated building technology, modular building technology. Building 3D printing technology is a feasible, frontier, potential building technology while the technology is not mature and some key technical problems must be solved.Secondly, in view of the extrusion printing process, this thesis designs a building 3 D printing device based on extrusion, including control systems, XYZ motion system, extrusion system, data processing system. Then the control system system, XYZ motion system, extrusion system of the device is designed in detail and the equipment is selection. The data processing system is designed and developed based on the key algorithm designed in this paper.Finally, the correctness of the extrusion based building 3D printer is verified through the printing experiments.And the analysis is made among all the process of experimental apparatus, experimental materials and experimental verification.This thesis clarifies the key technical problems of building 3D printing, designs a building 3D printing device based on extrusion, will have important reference significance for people to study building 3D printing technology and research building 3D printing device.
