| Denture processing has always been a major difficulty in the production of medical devices.Due to the technical blockade of foreign countries,there is a lack of stable path algorithm for generating denture model in China,and a lack of software platform to support path generation algorithm and optimization.The research and development of digital controlled machine tool for denture processing with independent property rights is of great significance to the promotion of China’s medical device industry.In this Master’s thesis,through the analysis of the two traditional reduction algorithms of tool path error and NURBS interpolation fitting,the conclusion that the upper limit of reduction accuracy is determined by the setting of internal and external tolerance accuracy is drawn.The advantages and disadvantages of the two different reduction algorithms and the applicable conditions are analyzed and compared,and the development route of the special CAD / CAM system for denture model is proposed.To solve the problem of low precision and low efficiency of traditional path generation algorithm,a new route for denture model NC machining is proposed.The research and simulation of the preprocessing and partitioning algorithms verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the trajectory optimization algorithm.In order to prove that UG software can be used as the bottom platform of CAD /CAM system for denture model for secondary development,this Master’s thesis uses geomagic In studio software,STL virtual face format of denture is conversed into UG processable solid x-t format,and the solid x-t file of denture is processed by UG platform.The automatic modeling,tool path visualization,rough machining,finish machining,tool path generation and post-processing of denture model in UG environment are realized.And the NC code is simulated.At the same time,the feasibility and accuracy of processing organic irregular denture model by UG platform are verified. |
