Study On Risk Management Of North Ring Project Of Chongzuo City

Ring roads enable all kinds of vehicles passing through cities to pass through traffic nodes at a faster speed,reducing the impact of transit vehicles passing through urban roads on urban traffic.Chongzuo city is a newly established prefecture-level city.The construction of municipal roads and ring roads is an important part of Chongzuo city's urban construction.During the construction of Chongzuo city's ring road project,there are many problems such as difficult to push forward and many risk factors.This research takes "Chongzuo City North Ring Road Project" as an example,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the basic situation of the project,the risk identification and risk assessment are studied by applying the risk management theory of project management.According to the risk identification study of Chongzuo City's North Ring Road Project,the five major risk factors of the project are policy impact,social environment,economic cost,ecological environment protection and force majeure.Then,AHP is applied to evaluate each risk factor,and finally,feasible countermeasures are put forward for the main risk factors.This study expects to put forward preventive suggestions and opinions on common diseases and risks commonly existing in Chongzuo city road construction.To provide a reference for project owners in Chongzuo city in the management and investment of engineering projects.To reduce the impact of various risk factors on the project in the construction process,thus speeding up the project construction process and reducing project investment and losses.
