The road project play vital role in the national economic and social development in the regional economic relation Municipal road engineering usually technology complex,huge investment,long construction period,large investment of investment,and the participation of the main multi,and the implementation of the process is affected by a variety of external welcome,the project in the implementation process of uncertainty,risk is greatly increased,risk of road project engineering quality,construction period,investment and safety caused by the loss of potential.Road engineering risk existing in the engineering characteristics,and to the stabilization of the society and the environment during the construction of the,there are a variety of complex risk factors,risk has natural risk,social risk,economic risk,technical risk and management risk.In this paper,through summarizing the domestic and international project risk management theory and experience,combined with the Nanning municipal road project construction,to the construction of Nanning City Yongning District riverside District of municipal road engineering as an example,research of municipal road project risk management,the operation period of the project is likely to encounter the risk prediction,identification,analysis,evaluation,and on this basis,take relevant measures,countermeasures are put forward in this paper,can help to reduce the loss of project risk,ensure that the project can be implemented smoothly,the municipal road project owners to further strengthen municipal road construction risk management put forward decision-making reference of Nanning.
