At present,in China's new energy power generation technology,the development and application level of wind power generation is relatively high,so China's wind power industry can gradually move towards marketization.As an emerging industry,wind power is increasingly important in the power generation industry with strong development prospects.However,in recent years,due to blind investment,repeated introduction and construction,the utilization rate of wind power generation is not high,and the difficulty of consumption has led to serious wind curtailment.Moreover,due to conflicts of interests with traditional thermal power companies,many wind power companies are facing the risk of loss and stagnation.This paper discusses the current situation of Y wind power generation company,finds out the key factors affecting the company's performance level,constructs a performance evaluation system suitable for itself,and proposes corresponding improvement suggestions,so that managers can improve their own problems in time to improve.Performance levels and strong market competitiveness in the industry to achieve sustainable development.In addition,this paper can also provide reasonable and effective performance evaluation templates for other power companies in the same industry.This paper combines the characteristics of wind power enterprises,designs a balanced scorecard system suitable for it;uses SWOT model to analyze the internal and external environment faced by Y wind power enterprises,and designs a performance evaluation index suitable for it.Finally,through the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the comprehensive performance of the enterprise is analyzed,and the corresponding conclusions and suggestions are given.
