At present,China's automobile manufacturing industry is in the transition period from "production-to-sales" to "sales-to-production" mode.The production and manufacturing links of enterprises are flexible with large randomness of orders,diversification of varieties and strong individual needs of users.The challenges of sexual adaptability and productivity.Therefore,how to improve the production efficiency of automobile manufacturing industry,improve product quality,is the key problem faced by China's automobile manufacturing enterprises.MES management platform based on manufacturing execution system can make the production process transparent,realize the whole process of manufacturing workshop tracking,real-time data transmission and information sharing,and effectively solve the above problems of automobile manufacturing enterprises.It has become one of the current trends of developing intelligent chemical plants to improve the production management level and manufacturing capacity of enterprises through MES system and extend informatization from enterprise management and design level to workshop equipment level.Therefore,this topic takes MES system as the research object,explores and studies the construction and management of MES project in F company's manufacturing workshop..In this paper,the principle of MES and its development status at home and abroad are introduced in detail.Taking the MES project of F automobile factory as the background,the characteristics,existing problems and the requirement for informationization of workshop business in F company are analyzed.The necessity of implementing MES project in F company is expounded.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the implementation process of MES project from the perspective of project management,analyzes nine major areas of project management,carries out management and control during the implementation of MES project,and enables MES system to be implemented on line normally according to the original plan.Finally,the successful implementation of MES project in F automobile manufacturing plant is described,and the automatic production scheduling of orders is realized.Routing real-time scheduling,material punctual pulling,production process integrated management and control,to improve production management,to digital production workshop,to achieve real-time production display,abnormal real-time response,reduce all kinds of stop-line time,to achieve production information from the enterprise level to the control level of integrated management.Practice proves that the project management theory is correct and instructive for the implementation of MES project.In different stages of MES project development and its application,lean management in the whole process of manufacturing workshop is realized by applying the theory of project management knowledge,drawing on successful practice experience and successful cases,which lays a solid foundation for the project to achieve good results.Through practice,the MES project can be successfully implemented in F automobile factory,and the project management theory plays an irreplaceable role.
