With the rapid development of the Internet of Things and the smart grid,optimizing the power information collection system and collecting the main station,collecting terminal,structure,communication,and accurate acquisition have become urgent tasks.In the current various types of electricity information collection systems,several methods for improving the time synchronization accuracy are also adopted for real-time acquisition,but the existing time synchronization mechanism cannot achieve the absolute time and second-order time synchronization accuracy of large-scale electricity meters.The time synchronization mechanism of the electric information collection system has important practical and social significance.Aiming at the problem of time synchronization in the above-mentioned electricity information collection system,this paper designs and proposes a time synchronization scheme that can solve the problem that the existing time synchronization mechanism can not meet the large-scale second-level time synchronization,including the time synchronization between the acquisition terminal and the master station.And the acquisition terminal synchronizes the time of the meter.The acquisition terminal and the power information main station transmit through 4G signals,and adopt the network time synchronization protocol to propose an MLE-NTP time synchronization algorithm to meet the overall time synchronization accuracy requirement of the power information collection system;The synchronization method adopts the broadcast timing method based on DL/T645 protocol,and adopts the TDOBMS algorithm to process the error of the meter time message transmission and the meter time message processing,thereby improving the accuracy of the time synchronization of the meter.The following is the major work of this article:(1)This paper analyzes the research background and significance of the time synchronization method of the electricity information collection terminal,and analyzes the domestic and international research status of the time synchronization method of the electricity information collection terminal.(2)This paper analysis and comparison of current time synchronization related technologies(including satellite timing,NTP and SNTP protocol technologies and IEEE1588 precise time protocol technology).(3)This paper proposes to use NTP protocol for time synchronization between the collection terminal and the primary station,and conducts in-depth research and analysis on the NTP protocol.Based on the NTP protocol,the MLE-NTP time algorithm is proposed.For the basic principle of NTP time synchronization,the network uplink and downlink delay processing is too single,and the principle of determining the time deviation is only optimized by one NTP time synchronization process.(4)It is proposed that the time synchronization method of the meter in the collection terminal adopts the DL/T645 protocol for broadcast timing method.Without changing the energy meter,the error of the meter time message transmission and the meter time message processing is proposed by using the TDOBMS algorithm.Processing,thereby improving the accuracy of time synchronization of the meter.(5)This paper builds a power information acquisition system platform,and completes the feasibility test of the time synchronization method of the power information collection terminal on this platform.Finally,through the comparative analysis of the experimental results,it shows that the time synchronization method of the acquisition terminal reaches the power consumption information.Acquisition system requirements for time accuracy.
