The Design And Implementation Of Electric Energy Data Acquire System Under Fuxin Grid

In view of the shortage of energy and the fre quent occurrence of interconnected power grid accidents,the main theme of the development of modern power industry is the smart grid.Smart grid to pow er grid physical equipm ent,power transmission and distribution network,electrical equipment and storage equipm ent for the founda tion,a new type of power system modern advanced sensor m easurement technology,network technology,communication technology,computer technology,automation and intelligent control technology is highly integrated with the physical power and the formation of the implementation,observation and control,fully integrated automation and optimization of system balance,make the power system m ore clean,efficient,safe and reliable.China puts forward the "sm art grid" developm ent plan in 2009,the target completion of smart grid reform in 2020,the implementation of the key technology of smart grid is the universal application of hardware and software of electr ic information acquisition system design and development of smart meters.In this paper,the smart grid in Fuxin is taken a s the object of study,and the electric po wer information collection is d eeply investigated.This paper summarizes the power consum ption information collection system in this ar ea,which is composed of main station system,communication channel,collecting terminal,intelligent electric energy meter and safety protecti on system.And compared with th e smart meter that ordinary meter,smart meter to custom er information accurately and timely,and complete the autom atic acquisition,at the same time the client can also keep abreast of electricity and electric power quality information,analysis of electric cost for the convenience of custom ers,make reasonable planning,the sublimation "you use el ectricity,I attentively" quality of service Grid Corporation intention.Based on the current situation,the proble ms in the operation of the smart grid in the region are pointed out and the im provement measures are put forward.This paper puts forward the outline of the development plan of the electric power customer information collection system in the future.
