Project Design For “Multi-Meter Automatic Reading” Based On Electricity Information Collection System In Wenan County

At present,the State Grid Corporation vigorously promotes the construction of the "multiple-in-one" system.The information acquisition system emphasized in the "multiple-in-one" construction is actually a widely used power consumption information collection system in power supply company.Therefore,how to use the current power consumption information collection system to achieve the centralized collection and transmission of water,electricity,gas,and heat data is the basic premise for ensuring the realization of the “multiple-in-one” system.This article analyzes and researches on the “multiple-in-one” system acquisition and construction project based on the power consumption information collection system of Wen'an county power supply branch of the State Grid.Firstly,this paper analyzes the major difficulties in the construction of the "multiple-in-one" system transformation project in Wen'an county,Langfang city.The practical significance of the "multiple-in-one" transformation project in Wen'an county is also addressed.At the same time,it summarizes the reform of the "multiple-in-one" system in Wen'an county.Three typical technical solutions that the project may adopt,including the replacement of dual-mode modules,upgrade of wireless modules,installation of communication interface converters,and transformation of the “multiple-in-one” system in Dongfanglishe community.Taking the project as an example,this paper analyzes the actual installation situation of the “multi-in-one” system transformation plan for adding communication interface converters.Secondly,the typical four-table copying scheme is summarized.The characteristics of the interface converter acquisition four-table scheme,the dual-mode communication acquisition four-table scheme,the meter collection and other metering schemes are also analyzed.The basis for installation,construction and selection of water meters,gas meters,heat meters,and collectors in the collection system project of Wen'an county are summarized.Thirdly,based on the electricity consumption informat ion collection system in Wen'an county of Langfang city,the overall structure of the centralized meter reading system in the “multiple-in-one” system construction project is analyzed.The concentrator upstream master station in the “multi-in-one” system and the current status of the electricity consumption information collection system applied in Wen'an county are also analyzed.The construction of " multi-in-one" system in Wen'an county based on the electricity consumption information collection system,including the "multi-in-one" data acquisition,the "multi-in-one" reading data query,the "multi-in-one" comprehensive inquiry are fully analyzed.Finally,it puts forward the conclusions and outlooks.
