At present, with the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway, technological advances have greatly improved the speed of high-speed motor vehicles, and with the rapid development of China’s economy, people’s travel efficiency and comfort requirements have become increasingly high.As the key node of the city’s external connection, the pedestrian traffic organization and functional space design of high-speed railway station are very important. In order to improve the overall efficiency of high-speed rail stations and facilitate passengers to travel efficiently, conveniently and comfortably, this paper focuses on the analysis and discussion of the functional space design of high-speed rail stations based on pedestrian traffic organization by drawing on the advanced experience of the design and construction of high-speed rail stations in Britain,in order to form a scientific, rational, comprehensive, intuitive and concise system. The design strategy can provide reference for the integration of high-speed railway stations and cities. The research content of this paper is divided into four parts:The first part is composed of Chapter 1.Firstly,the research background, purpose and significance of the paper are expounded, and the related research trends at home and abroad are analyzed.Secondly, the research content and framework are clarified, and the research scope is defined. The research scope is mainly based on the design of internal and external functional space of high-speed railway station, which lays the foundation for the follow-up study. The second part is composed of Chapter 2.It mainly combs the development of China-UK Railway and High-speed Railway Station, compares and analyses the typical cases between China and UK,summarizes the characteristics of the functional space design of high-speed railway station and the similarities and differences of the design of China-UK High-speed Railway Station, and summarizes the advanced experience worthy of learning and learning from this study. The third part is composed of Chapter 3 and Chapter 4.Based on the previous chapters, this paper focuses on the analysis and discussion of the internal and external functional space design strategy of high-speed railway station based on pedestrian traffic organization.Firstly, the design of internal functional space of high-speed railway station is analyzed, and the design objectives and principles of high efficiency, humanization and informationization for building a diversified, safe and comfortable internal functional space system of high-speed railway station are put forward.Starting from three categories and nine categories of space, such as traffic space, commercial space and other space, the design principles are put forward.Body design strategy.Secondly, taking the design of the outer functional space of high-speed railway station as the breakthrough point, this paper puts forward the design objectives and principles of the integration of traffic organization and station-city space for the construction of urban traffic economic circle with high-speed railway station as the core through the vertical composite urban functional space of high-speed railway station, focusing on high-speed Railway vehicles. The design of traffic space and supporting space outside the station is analyzed, and the design strategy adapting to the actual situation of our country is put forward. The fourth part is composed of Chapter 5.It mainly summarizes the research process of the paper, summarizes the innovation and achievements of the paper, and summarizes the shortcomings and improvements in the research of the paper, and clarifies the direction of the follow-up research.
