Research On The Application Of Public Welfare Geological Work Achievements In The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

With the rapid development of national economy,the basic and supporting role of geological work is increasingly prominent.With the service of local economic construction and social development as the starting point,giving full play to the advantages of geological technology,and constantly expanding the service field,many breakthroughs have been made.This paper takes the application and promotion of public welfare geological work project as the research object,takes the promotion of Rural Revitalization as the breakthrough point,analyses the current situation of modern agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and combines the 139 projects carried out in 2014-2018 as the research content,analyses the geological work to support rural revitalization and development from several aspects: strengthening land quality survey,serving characteristic agriculture and promoting transformation and upgrading;Geological and ecological environmental geology survey,serving rural ecology and livability;strengthening comprehensive investigation of rural water resources,serving rural drinking water and agricultural water security;strengthening research on clean energy investigation and development and utilization,serving new rural construction;strengthening geological disaster investigation and early warning support,serving urban and rural geological disaster prevention and control;expanding the scope of urban geological survey and serving rural areas Planning and construction;systematically carrying out the work of popularization of Science in rural geology to serve the revitalization of rural culture.Through the analysis of the relevant data of agriculture,countryside and farmers in Anhui Province,this paper understands the current demand situation for rural revitalization,and through the investment of geological work projects,the distribution of project types,regional characteristics and the application status of achievements,it analyses the existing problems in the application process of achievements,such as inadequate policy services,imperfect management system,inadequate understanding concept,and inadequate standard system.The results are not rich in content,incompatible in data,inadequate in demand investigation,and incomplete in scope of investigation.This paper analyses the current cases of better application of achievements,summarizes some opinions and suggestions to improve the effect of application of achievements,gives full play to the advantages of the government,establishes an application platform for transformation of achievements,gives full play to the advantages of the system,strengthens the service of sharing information of achievements,gives full play to the technical advantages,strengthens the secondary development of data and data,and gives full play to the advantages of guarantee and classifies geological survey work.A preliminary evaluation system for the application effect of the results was established.
