As the core industry of national transportation,the civil aviation industry is experiencing explosive growth,and the number of new aircraft introductions continues to rise.When the civil aviation industry continues to grow by a large margin,the number of maintenance personnel engaged in civil aircraft maintenance will also increase in large numbers.The shortcomings of low efficiency,waste of human resources,low accuracy and so on in the manual implementation of manhour performance accounting mode become more and more obvious.Therefore,it is imperative to introduce information technology to carry out manhour performance accounting.Through the research on the manhour performance accounting process,I have developed a new manhour performance accounting system,which provides information support for the manhour performance accounting process,makes the manhour statistics and performance accounting process of maintenance more convenient and efficient,reduces the investment of human resources,makes the working hour statistics and performance accounting more standardized and transparent,and makes it easier for maintenance personnel to query the manhour performance.This system development uses the classic software development process,based on Web development,fully considers the user's needs in the system design,and uses informational means to digitalize the process of production and manhour performance accounting,thus realizing the online management.Starting from the performance evaluation system of civil aircraft maintenance personnel,this thesis expounds the problems existing in the current domestic and foreign manhour performance evaluation modes,and analyzes the significance of developing a digital maintenance work hour accounting system.Then,it introduces various related technologies used in system development,such as B/S architecture,MVC,J2 EE,etc.Then,the requirements of daily production and manhour performance accounting were analyzed,the requirements of core functions were confirmed,and the feasibility,function use cases,system performance and data security of the system are analyzed.In the system design,this paper designs nine main function modules,and carries on the detailed flow design to the function modules,at the same time uses E-R chart to design the database corresponding to the function,and also completes the detailed design of the form content.When the system is implemented,SSH framework is adopted to implement each function,and graphical interfaces of corresponding functions are displayed and explained.Finally,before the system is officially deployed,the system is tested as a whole,and System performance testing is completed to ensure that the system is deployed properly.
