Manhour & Manpower Analysis Method Study On China Civil Aviation Line Maintenance

With rapid growth of China's economy,civil aviation developed fast.The rapidgrowth of fleet enhanced the development of civil aviation maintenance market,which raised higher request on aircraft maintenance.Civil maintenance enterpriseswould face more challenge in productivity,production solutions,HR etc.so as to copewith situation mentioned above.As an important part of aircraft maintenance,Linemaintenance deal with flight guarantee directly.High quality line service reducedairlines delay rate and guaranteed flight safety.To improve line service quality on thepremise of cost control so as to enhance market competition ability have raised higherrequest to line maintenance production planning.Traditional type of planning that relyon experience would be replaced by more scientific and reasonable ways.Since aircraft maintenance workers had a long growth period,traditionalexperience planning methord could not face the pressure of the explosive line worksunder current workers quantity,structure,and maintenance resources.To handle withthe contradiction of maintenance work and manpower,this thesis considered the twofactors with one guide line manhour,that is,it converted maintenance work intostandard manhour,then measured the max.potential manhour of a certain group ofworkers within a period of time.In this way,maintenance work and its manpower wereput onto the same platform to compare and balance,which would release linemaintenance planning pressure effectively and settled the problem the traditional waycould not do.This is the basic thought of my manhour & manpower analysis methord.This thesis systematically analyses manhour problem related with civil aviationmaintenance enterprise line service production planning.Integrated with actualproduction data,the author brings forward the necessity and feasibility to establishproduction planning (PP) manhour & manpower analysis methord.With abundantinvestigation and study,the author used the manhour & manpower analysis methord ondaily line maintenance planning,manhour &manpower budgets etc.and impoved itaccordingly.Compared the extracted data with history data,it's proved that themanhour & manpower analysis methord worked effectively.Similar feedback was alsoreceived from line maintenance workers.The thesis aims to developped civil aviationline maintenance PP manhour analysis methord to improve line maintenanceplanning,meanwhile,guaranteed airworthness and aircraft safety.
