| The civil aviation aircraft is a complex of electromechanical equipment with complex structure and high technology density.The maintenance of the airline is the main maintenance method of the civil aviation aircraft.Traditional way of aircraft line maintenance working usually has shortcomings such as technical difficulty and high labor intensity,and is a sensitive part that is prone to human error.In recent years,Augmented Reality(AR)technology has been rapidly developed and popularized with the breakthrough of computer computing power.This paper attempts to apply AR technology in aircraft line maintenance work,and build an augmented reality aircraft line maintenance assistance system framework based on the pre-flight maintenance of Boeing 737 aircraft.The main research contents include:(1)Researched the types and technical characteristics of the three key technologies of AR: 3D registration,intelligent display,human-computer interaction,and introduced several SDK(Software Development Kit)for mainstream AR application development,compared their respective technical advantages and disadvantages,and finally chose the appropriate SDK and platform environment.(2)Completed the overall design of the framework system,determined the requirements and research objectives,and designed the system architecture and functional modules.The framework system is divided into two parts: webpage and mobile,including the Management Terminal,the Allow Flying Terminal,the Remote Collaboration Terminal and the Pre-flight Inspection Terminal and the Airline Service Terminal.(3)Planned the working method and development process of the system,and took the ORB algorithm as an example to explored the principle of feature recognition and tracking in AR technology.(4)Detailed functional design of each port of the framework system,clarified their respective responsibilities,analyzed their respective workflows,and explored relevant implementation methods.(5)The AR function of the framework system is realized by using the technical scheme of Unity3D+Vuforia.Unity3 D is chosen as the visual development tool and Vuforia as the AR Development Toolkit.At the same time,with VS2017 as the development platform of the webpage part function,and with the help of data management and storage services of SQL server database,the framework system development is completed.Finally,AR and other functions were tested,and the test results can reach the expected level.The results show that AR technology has a very high application potential in aircraft line maintenance. |
