Research On Aircraft Zone Maintenance Program Development Theory And Developing For Assist Software

Maintenance is an important aspect in the total life of civil aircraft for scheduling of project, design, manufacture, use, and discard. The objective of maintenance is to maintain aircraft inherent safety and reliability. The maintenance program must be prepared before operating for the new type aircraft. It is the base and frame for airlines to determine preparatory maintenance policy and maintenance document, and is one of the based document insuring aircraft airworthiness.Based on the engineering background, the Zone Maintenance Program making method and the auxiliary analysis software development are studied profoundly and broadly separately in this thesis. Especially, the Zone Maintenance Program making method based on CBR and DSS of the Zone Maintenance Program based on RUP analysis and design are studied.In this paper , the maintenance theory and the maintenance program development Policy and Procedures Handbook are analyzed and introduced, the Zone Maintenance Program of MSG-3 norm making principle is also studied, firstly. Then, a making method of the Zone Maintenance Program based on CBR according to the characteristic of the Zone Maintenance Program is expounded, and DSS of the Zone Maintenance Program based on RUP is analyzed and designed. Finally, the Zone Maintenance Program DSS is realized, the instance analysis is processed as well. The system has been already used in Shanghai Aircraft Design And Research Institute, and the result is well.
