Research On Project Progress Management Of H Industrial Park

With the continuous and steady development of China's economy,the amount of construction project is increasing dramatically.The construction project progress management issue is still a serious problem for project management staffs.The key point was how to use the limited resource to solve the project handing over on time.At this time,Industrial Park project plays an important role in China's park economy and regional economy,but constrained by the old management mode,its progress control is often unsatisfactory.The project management staff may take the unreasonable solutions to settle down the problem like to reduce the working time or low safety level and poor quality that will bring the risk on the project progress.It will use practicable project progress management plan and logic analysts on the progress schedule to find the right way to push the progress in right direction.H Industrial Park project is positioned as a new environment-friendly intelligent industrial park,and is committed to serving high-tech enterprises,especially testing companies.The difficulty of the project's progress management was caused by the short construction period and many equipment facilities installation work and different user's requirement.Therefore,project duration management is particularly important.In this paper,.Using appropriate project management tools such as Gantt diagram?WBS?PERT?CPM?Crystal Ball simulation and other tools to study the progress of H Industrial Park project issue provide a project schedule management proposal.In particular,this proposal was made from adjusting project management team and project schedule it can make project completed with high quality and on time.In this paper,the study is based on the progress management of H Industrial Park project.It is expected to give a reference to other similar projects to manage the progress of project on the schedule.
