With the rapid development of the current national economy,especially in the context of the new rural construction,the power consumption of the power supply areas,such as the suburbs and the rural areas,has been greatly increased.Because of the relatively poor management level of the network frame and operation and maintenance,the problem of blackout and low voltage will affect the normal production and life of the people.Because of the particularity of low voltage control project,it affects the customer satisfaction,voltage qualification rate,duration of project extension and related project process,and the main contents of the project schedule control management can not be fully applicable to the management of low voltage control project,The domestic research cases of low voltage management project management are less.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the progress management of low voltage control project in X area.This paper takes the project of low voltage control project in X area as the research object,focus on the project organization,workflow,project schedule,adjustment and control in the project management process,with the combination of theory and practice,the project progress control optimization is carried out to further improve the low voltage and so on.On the basis of summarizing the commonly used methods of schedule management in electric power construction projects and the current situation of low voltage management in Y Power Supply Bureau,this paper analyzes the main problems affecting the project schedule,such as long construction cycle,high project change rate and low customer satisfaction.Taking the X area project as the research object,we use brainstorming,fishbone diagram,work breakdown method WBS,critical path method and other tools to analyze the main factors that affect the project organization structure,schedule control plan and other main factors that affect the schedule management of low voltage management.Through the network technical plan PERT,the time analysis of the project is carried out to design the workability of the sub task optimization scheme.Through optimizing project communication platform,promoting standardized management,optimizing construction site operation construction plan and other measures,the project duration is effectively shortened.Through the post project evaluation index and the third party customer satisfaction survey,it is verified that the project implementation has achieved good results.In summary,This paper uses literature case,case proof,qualitative,quantitative method and basic project management tool.(Such as Gantt chart,milestone,task decomposition structure diagram,key path method,etc.),Taking the low voltage control project in X area as a research case,through the estimation and optimization of the project duration,the project duration is reasonably shortened,the project design change rate is reduced,the low voltage management project is completed ahead of schedule,and the customer's satisfaction with the electricity quality is improved.The successful implementation of the project provides a reference for the construction of low voltage control projects in the future.
