The Systematic Analysis And Design Strategy Of General Hospital Reconstruction And Extension

Thirty years of medical reform has brought great changes to China's medical system.China's medical and health undertakings are developing rapidly.However,nearly 80% of hospitals in China were built in the last century,and more than half of them were built before the 1980 s.Old hospitals can not meet the needs of modern medicine and hospital management in planning,design and equipment allocation.In the course of operation,problems such as unreasonable layout,obsolete building s,lack of functions,disordered environment,tense land use and high building density are exposed,which seriously restrict the quality of medical treatment and the efficiency of hospital work.The author found that the traditional hospital design method and spatial pattern were changing constantly when he carried out the general plan and comprehensive building design for the reconstruction and expansion of Hengshan County People's Hospital in Hunan Province.However,the research on the hospital expansion design in China has not yet formed a system,and with the innovation of medical model and technology,many design methods have been difficult to meet the new requirements.In this paper,the author hopes to study from three aspects: pre-planning,overall layout and individual design of hospital expansion design.Based on the field investigation and questionnaire survey of large-scale general hospitals and the author's experience in actual hospital reconstruction and expansion projects,this paper summarizes and analyses the common problems in the design of general hospital expansion and reconstruction,and constructs a systematic analysis method for the design of hospital expansion and reconstruction through the thinking of system theory,which provides a quantitative tool for the design of hospital expansion and reconstruction.Then the design strategy is put forward for the common problems of hospital reconstruction and expansion.This paper will elaborate progressively from five chapters.Firstly,it will ex plain the overall background and basic theoretical research.Then,it will establish an analysis framework through field research and consultation.Finally,it will put forward the design strategy through the previous research.The first chapter is the introduction part of the article,which clarifies the research background of the hospital expansion design,then defines the main content and research object of this study,summarizes the current situation of this topic at home and abroad,and explains the necessity and purpose of this research,and finally elaborates the research methods and research framework of this paper.The second chapter is the development and system components of general hospital reconstruction and expansion.Firstly,the status quo of urban general hospital reconstruction and expansion is analyzed,then the types of hospital expansion design are elaborated,and the concept of system theory,the composition of hospital system and the composition of hospital construction system are expla ined.The third chapter is the influencing factors of the design and system analysis of the general hospital expansion.The article analyses the influencing factors of the design and system analysis of the hospital expansion from three angles.Firstly,it expounds the concept,importance,main contents and existing problems of the preliminary planning,and then explains the general layout,contents and common problems of the hospital expansion.Finally,it goes deep into the hospital.The design method,content and common problems of single expansion project are analyzed.The fourth chapter is the preliminary construction of the system analysis method for the reconstruction and expansion of general hospitals.Firstly,it elaborates the purpose,significance of analysis and the principle of establishing analysis ideas.Then,it collects the original analysis elements and screens the analysis elements through expert consultation and investigation,and forms a preliminary analysis framework after classifying and regulating the elements.Through field research and questionnaire analysis,the weights of the main elements are calculated and combined with the final analysis of the framework of the hospital building system.The fifth chapter is the optimization strategy under the system analysis of general hospital reconstruction and expansion.From the three directions of pre-planning,overall layout and unit design,through on-the-spot investigation and case analysis of practical projects,the solutions and solutions to common problems in hospital reconstruction and expansion are put forward.In the report on the reform of public hospitals issued in 2018,it was emphasized that the existing scale of public hospitals,construction standards and the introduction of some large-scale equipment should be strictly controlled.For public hospitals whose beds exceed the prescribed standards,the number of beds will be gradually reduced to promote the transformation of hospital construction from scale expansion to quality-benefit type.In order to efficient allocation of resources,comprehensive hospital expansion project the proportion will continue to increase,the author hopes this study can provide the analysis method and design strategy of system design for our hospital extension project.
