| With the development of science and technology and the progress of society,people’s requirements for medical facilities are constantly improving.The existing medical facilities generally present such phenomena as scattered functional layout,low medical level,and incomplete equipment,which do not match the current medical conditions people need.Therefore,this stage is the peak period of hospital construction in China.The cost of new hospital construction is too high.It is an effective way to rebuild and expand the existing hospital buildings.It can not only control the cost of construction,but also redistribute the existing resources and make rational use of them.This will certainly become a trend of the development of medical facilities in the future.Based on the analysis and research of the hospital building renovation and expansion project,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the reconstruction and expansion at the present stage,and adjusts the overall layout of the expansion from three aspects:function integration,streamline organization and space composition.The article consists of four parts.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly describes the purpose and significance of the research content and the research scheme combined with the actual engineering case design.The second chapter mainly describes the current situation of hospital building renovation and expansion,and analyzes the pros and cons.The overall layout of hospital building renovation and expansion was discussed,and the feasibility of construction steps in hospital reconstruction and expansion was emphasized.The third chapter is the design process.Through the analysis of the base,the introduction of the design concept,and the scrutiny of the functional volume of the hospital building,the construction of the phased construction is also emphasized,ensuring the natural transition of the hospital operation.It also focuses on the analysis of the phased construction of hospital projects to ensure that the hospital operates continuously during the construction period.Based on the design concept of design innovation,people-oriented,natural transition,and green ecology,the project is planned and architecturally designed according to this concept.A reasonably practicable solution is generated.The technical drawings are in the appendix,including the general plane of the design,the plan drawings,the construction plane,the elevation,the section construction drawings,and the partial wall body samples,and the outdoor building renderings.The whole thesis contains about 8978 words,71 pictures and charts. |
