With the continuous development of the modernization process,it is necessary to transform the traditional old camp.The reason,the old camp equipment has been unable to adapt to the requirements of modern development,facilities also have some deficiencies.More and more barracks units are included in the development of the integrated project schedule,although the comprehensive political projects in line with the objectives of the camp,but the progress of the development and management of the control plan is still in the state of extensive.The fundamental purpose of this study is to develop regiment camp comprehensive renovation project schedule and management control,to achieve the desired effect.The research methods include literature research method,combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,theoretical analysis and empirical analysis and other methods,so as to lay a solid theoretical basis for the research process.This paper described the project overview and innovative application WBS and Gantt method of the project specific process compiled by the project schedule.And determined critical lines and total construction time,proposes schedule and control system for optimizing measures for this item on the base of above analysis and discussion.Used the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the radical factors and proposes the corresponding measures to solve the project scheduling.The results show that it is necessary to carry out comprehensive renovation project of the camp,but it is a process to ensure the comprehensive exploration of the schedule formulation and management control method,a solid foundation for the modernization of the camp lay.
