The rapid development of urbanization in China has put forward higher expectations for construction management of construction industry.At present,there are still many shortcomings in the construction management of construction progress in traditional construction enterprises.Simply adopting the method of shortening construction period to improve the construction progress can not improve the management efficiency of construction projects,nor can it form the core competitiveness.In this paper,the construction schedule management of X high-rise project is taken as the research object.Based on the analysis of the basic overview of X high-rise project and the influencing factors of construction schedule,the problems existing in the planning process and actual implementation of X high-rise project are mainly analyzed,in order to adjust the schedule plan,and relevant suggestions are put forward.Based on the understanding of the construction conditions and schedule influencing factors of X high-rise project,the work structure of X high-rise project is decomposed,the time requirement of each subdivision work activity is estimated,and the subdivision work activity nodes are sorted.On this basis,the schedule plan network chart and Gantt chart are drawn up to form the schedule plan.In the process of project plan execution,some problems have been encountered,resulting in some deviations between the actual progress of some work items and the plan progress.Through the calculation of each route,the critical path has not changed,but the time cycle of each activity item has changed.Aiming at activities on critical path,resource coordination and integration are adopted to shorten the progress,and activities on non-critical path are delayed appropriately.It is necessary to strengthen the investigation of unfavorable factors of project construction progress,find its own shortcomings from the inside of the project construction,and find potential threats from the external environment.Make plans that affect the construction progress of the project,sort out the space that internal controllable elements can coordinate,and formulate solutions to external unfavorable elements.At present,there is a relative lack of theoretical research on construction progress management of construction projects in China.It is of great significance to explore some construction progress management experience and practical theory with universal reference significance.Z Engineering Company can draw lessons from the progress management of other follow-up projects,which is conducive to enhancing core competitiveness and economic benefits.
