The production mode of multi-varieties and small-batch mechanical products can flexibly adjust the product categories according to market demand,and therefore occupies a very important position in the manufacturing industry.However,this production method has the problems of large production information,complicated information management,small sample size of quality data,decentralized use of resources,low productivity and so on.In order to solve the above problems,improve the production efficiency of enterprises,and realize the informationization of production management and the effective quality control,this thesis studies the mixing process planning and quality control platform for multi-varieties and small-batch production.It breaks through the process similarity analysis based on process coding,mixing process planning,the process quality control under the condition of small sample of quality data and other key technologies.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:1.This paper analyzes the existing problems of multi-species and small-batch production,put forward the necessity of constructing the management and control platform for production,and design the overall plan of platform.2.This paper studies the shortcomings of the traditional paper process card,and laid the foundation for the standardization and informationization of production information management through the establishment of process model and craft process model.3.A process coding system is designed.And based on the process coding,a common algorithm of process similarity calculation is proposed.And the penalty factor is further introduced to improve the algorithm.On this basis,the idea and algorithm of mixing process planning are given.Research shows that the mixing process planning for different products can shorten the total processing time and correspondingly reduce the total order delay.4.Under the condition of multi-varieties and small-batch production,the sample size of individual product quality data is small,and the Shewhart control chart can not be directly used.In this paper,two quality analysis algorithms suitable for this production condition are proposed: the first is the quality control method based on the similar process,the second is the quality data analysis method based on hypothesis testing(HT).5.Based on the above research results,a control platform for multi-species and small-batch production has been designed.The preliminary application shows that the platform helps to improve the utilization of resources,improve the orderliness of production management and improve the factory production efficiency.
