Research On The Optimization Design Of Safety Management System Of Gujiao Power Plant

Against the background of the rapid development of mobile Internet information technology and management technology innovation,The rapid development of various domestic industries,the number and scale of enterprises are constantly growing,and the demand for industrial power is increasing,which has placed higher requirements on domestic power generation enterprises.However,due to various reasons,China’s power companies still face many problems in management technology,safety production,accident prevention,and information intelligence,which affects the sustainable development of power companies.Gujiao Power Plant is the largest coal-fired Xizhong Coal Pit Power Plant in the country.It is located in Gujiao City,50 kilometers away from Taiyuan.It is controlled by Xishan Coal and Electricity Co.,Ltd.and is a typical state-owned power generation enterprise.In recent years,the production scale and capacity of Gujiao Power Plant have continued to expand,hardware equipment and the environment have been continuously updated,some modern corporate management concepts have been applied,and safety production has received unprecedented attention.However,due to geographical and historical reasons,there are still many gaps in Gujiao Power Plant compared with similar enterprises at home and abroad,especially in the design and application of safety management systems.This paper takes Shanxi Gujiao Power Plant as the research object,researches and analyzes the safety management mode of Gujiao Power Plant,and develops an enterprise diagnosis implementation plan,The article analyzes the diagnosis results and cause analysis of the safety plan and organization management,safety culture construction,safety evaluation system,safety supervision and prevention,and safety emergency response of Gujiao Power Plant,Aiming at the problems found centrally,the article puts forward suggestions for building a safety management system for Gujiao Power Plant from five aspects: planning organization,cultural system,identification and prevention,evaluation and supervision,and emergency response.The article improves and optimizes the safety management system of Gujiao Power Plant,which is of great significance for improving the power plant’s production efficiency and improving the economic benefits of the enterprise.
