Research On Adaptive Aging Landscape Design Of Outdoor Activity Space In Old Community Of Nanchang City

The aging of the population has become an important problem commonly faced by today's society.In order to actively deal with the serious problem of aging,the State Council proposes to strengthen the construction of old-age service facilities in old and new communities,promote the transformation and barrier-free construction of the home pension environment,and create a safe,green and convenient livable environment for the elderly.At present,Nanchang city has entered the old city.As a city with a high degree of aging in Jiangxi province,it has become an important task of modern urban construction to solve the problem of old-age care for the elderly,and also the main melody of the aging construction of old communities.Therefore,the research on the regional aging transformation of the outdoor activity space of the old community in Nanchang,how to improve the construction of community basic service facilities from its own characteristics,to meet the material and spiritual cultural needs of the elderly group living at home for the aged,so as to find a way suitable for the aging design of outdoor activity space in Nanchang has become the key of this paper.This paper constructs a research framework for the aging landscape design of outdoor activity space in the old community of Nanchang.The project follows the research steps of "thesis topic selection literature induction research-site survey-data collation and analysis-induction summary-scheme design".The framework of the thesis is mainly divided into three levels: the research foundation,the research strategy and the program design research.The first part mainly discusses the theoretical basis.This paper makes a theoretical analysis on the aging landscape design of outdoor activity space in the old community by using the relevant data database platform.Analyze the current situation of aging in Nanchang,the development model to cope with the aging,and the needs of the current aging community to adapt the design of aging,and to analyze the current situation of domestic and foreign research to grasp the overall situation of the current aging community.The thesis draws on the methods of literature,questionnaires,and data analysis,as well as related theories such as environmental psychology,hierarchy of needs,and horticultural therapy.In order to meet the needs of the elderly in the home,the aging community's outdoor activity space should be designed for aging and renewal,which will provide a theoretical basis for the aging and reconstruction of the old community in Nanchang.The second part is the survey conclusions and research strategies.Selecting the old and highly representative old communities in the administrative area of Nanchang as an opportunity to study,combining the characteristics of Nanchang's regional conditions,focusing on the entrance and transportation organization space,landscape green space,outdoor activity public spaces and a comprehensive analysis of the problems commonly existing in public environmental facilities,summarizes the current status of existing outdoor activity spaces in old communities.And in view of the current situation,design principles and specific design strategies are put forward to effectively meet the community environmental needs of the elderly group living at home for the aged.The third part is program design research.On the basis of the above research,the scheme design study is taken with Xinhua community in Nanchang as an example.In the early stage of the scheme design,the general situation of the project was analyzed,and the SD method was used to quantitatively analyze the results of the questionnaire on the landscape environmental quality of the community outdoor activities of the elderly in the Xinhua community.It has grasped the aging needs of the community's elderly groups for the neighborhood near house space,courtyard space,corners and transition space environment.In addition,considering that the community infrastructure is far from meeting the needs of the elderly,this paper puts forward the "hardware" and "software" infrastructure optimization strategy and community management strategy.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of the elderly for horticultural planting,in the limited community space,fully tap the potential of negative space,make use of community corners,transition space and near house space,in the form of three-dimensional vegetable garden,mobile farm and one-meter vegetable garden,this paper puts forward the design idea of creating a horticultural planting community with the interaction of "human and landscape" for the elderly in the community.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the aging transformation of the old community in Nanchang in the future.Through the research on the aging landscape design of the outdoor activity space of the old community in Nanchang,this paper explores the community environment that meets the needs of the elderly group,stimulates the vitality of the old community,and thus improves the happiness index of the elderly group,to provide a guidance model for the aging renewal of the old community in Nanchang.
