| With the increase of the proportion of the aged population in our country,the living environment of the elderly and the problem of supporting the elderly are increasingly concerned by all walks of life.As a place for the daily life of the elderly,the spatial quality of the old community determines the life quality of the elderly.In recent years,a series of renovation projects of old communities have been carried out across the country to explore the theoretical and practical results in line with the current renovation of old communities in China,in order to improve the problems of living environment.At present,there are a large number of old communities in China,most of which lack of outdoor public space and poor environment,which is not conducive to home care.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the aging adaptation of outdoor public space in the old community.Due to the influence of social environment and design concept at the beginning of the construction of the old community,the construction standard is relatively low.With the development of The Times and the increasing material,cultural and living needs of residents,the space environment of the old community has been unable to meet the current needs of home care.Problems such as backward infrastructure,lack of public space,insufficient green area and lack of humanized road design have severed the emotional bond between the elderly group and the community.Therefore,while improving the quality of community space environment,we should also pay attention to humanistic care and create a positive community atmosphere.This paper takes the old community as the research object to study the common problems in the public space environment and the characteristics and space needs of the elderly group.Through field investigation,questionnaire investigation and communication methods such as interviews,on basic characteristics of the elderly workers village areas and current situation of public space research,understand the usage of outdoor public space and diversified needs,based on the outdoor public space environment and the demand of the elderly contradiction analysis put forward the principle of optimum described modification.This paper puts forward the transformation strategy from three aspects: path-space,site environment and psychological environment.Hope to create a comfortable and safe outdoor space environment for the elderly,improve the quality of life,and realize the home-based care through the study on the aging adaptation of outdoor public space in old communities.At the same time,it also hopes to provide some enlightenment and reference for the research on aging fitness of old communities,and provide more and better home environment for the elderly. |
