Research On Rural Space Planning Strategy Based On Green Infrastructure

The rural area is composed of the water and woodland as the ecological base,the arable land as the production factor,as well as the town and village.The rural space has unique ecological,economic and cultural values influenced by natural resources,economic rationality and cultural rationality.With the rapid urbanization development,the rural farmland,woodland,wetland and water area have been reduced sharply,the natural space has disappeared constantly,and the rural ecological and production values have been seriously damaged.At the same time,the large-scale relocation and mergence of villages,and the unified planning and construction model in recent years have made the problem of the traditional texture's decline,and the historical and cultural fracture in rural space even more obvious.How to maintain the unique ecological,economic and social cultural values of rural space,how to guide the rational distribution of rural space and the effective allocation of resources,and how to explore the effective way of sustainable development of rural space under the background of urbanization are particularly significant.Green infrastructure integrates the theory of “smart conservation” and “smart growth”and takes “natural environment determines land-use” as the core spirit.It provides a new way to protect biodiversity,solve ecological environment problems,and maintain the ecological services and social and economic benefits of local residents.As a framework of land protection and utilization and a strategy of social and economic development,green infrastructure plays an important role in guiding the healthy and orderly development of rural space at the macro level,and is an important foundation of creating ecological and livable rural space by providing ecological environment services and technology at the micro level.Firstly,this study discusses the research status,development trend and related practice of green infrastructure and rural space planning.On this basis,it summarizes the basic characteristics and attributes of rural green infrastructure,arranges the main constituent elements of rural green infrastructure network,and summarizes the great significance of green infrastructure for rural space planning.Secondly,based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of rural space in Tianjin,this study summarizes the types and characteristics of the rural space structure in Tianjin,and arranges current problems ofthe rural space in Tianjin from three aspects of nature space,living space and production space.Finally,it puts forward the principles and main ideas of rural space planning based on green infrastructure,sets up the rural green infrastructure network under township scale and village scale,and proposes rural space planning strategies from the macro and micro perspectives.And the empirical research is carried out with the planning of Huanghuadian Town and Xiekou Village in Tianjin.Based on the actual rural development,the specific planning strategies are put forward to provide the reference for other rural space plannings in Tianjin.In summary,from the perspective of rural green infrastructure,this study analyzes the current types and characteristics of rural space in Tianjin,and tries to solve the contradiction between rural land development and natural conservation.Based on constructing the network of rural green infrastructure,the rural space planning strategies are proposed in order to provide theoretical basis and practical experience for achieving rural sustainable development and rural revitalization.
