| With the aging trend of China's society,the quality of life in old age has become the focus of more and more people.The unique physical and mental state and activity characteristics of the aged group make the public space within the residential area become an important carrier of daily leisure and social activities for most elderly people.In Tianjin from 1980 to 1990,this paper built in existing settlements as the main research object,through field investigation,questionnaire survey,and space technology means such as data acquisition,the target of residential public space present situation has carried on the objective analysis,rethinking the activity characteristics of the elderly residents and the physical and mental demands of residential public space,summarizes the restriction both residential public space optimum use the influence factors of aging.Paper finishing for the data from field surveys,and establishing a database on the basis of SPSS statistical software for both the residential public space elements analysis,screening to determine the optimal aging space elements combination.Finally,taking Bihuali district of Tianjin as an example sample,Clear the influence factors of restricting public space for aging,and separately from the safety,health,convenience and comfort of four levels of the residential public space targeted optimal aging update strategy is put forward.It is an important part of urban renewal to renew old residential area.In this paper,the author hopes to make a suitable updating way for the sustainable development of existing residential areas in Tianjin by studying the strategies for the updating of the space suitable for public activities in the existing residential areas in Tianjin.To solve the problem that the public space in the residential area is declining in the context of the aging of residents' structure,the daily life quality of the elderly residents in the area is improved. |
