With the transformation of the principal contradiction in China’s society,people’s demand for a better life in the community has been increasingly valued,and they have put forward more refined demands for supporting service facilities and quality construction of space and environment in the community.At the same time,with the increase of the elderly population and the rise of national fitness,the number of elderly people who participate in Outdoor Activities is also increasing.However,the supply of Outdoor Aactivities Sites in existing communities is still insufficient,and the walkability of Outdoor Aactivities Sites cannot meet the needs of the elderly.This study takes walking Accessibility as its destination,breaks through the administrative boundary of the community,and studies the Accessibility of Outdoor Aactivities Sites for the elderly from the district level,aiming to improve the accuracy of the spatial layout of the site and promote the refined configuration of the site.Based on the perspective of the elderly,this paper studies the Accessibility of Outdoor Aactivities Sites by taking the Existing Residential Area of South Labor Road,Lianhu District,Xi ’an City as an example.First,on the basis of relevant theoretical research,the current situation of Outdoor Aactivities Sites construction in South Labor Road was investigated.Typical Outdoor Aactivities Sites were selected for questionnaire survey and interview to sort out the behavior rules and patterns of outdoor activities of the Elderly Population.Secondly,based on the ArcGIS operating platform,this paper applies the "Network Analysis Method" to analyze and evaluate the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of Outdoor Activity Site accessibility from both the overall and classification levels.The overall site evaluation results show that the overall Accessibility of Outdoor Aactivities Sites in south labor road is general,the coverage rate of various sites is low,and the spatial distribution of Accessibility is not balanced,and the Accessibility varies significantly among different regions.According to the results of site classification and evaluation,the accessibility of Residential Parks is general,while that of Outdoor Comprehensive Fitness Site,Small Multi-functional Sports and Activity Site For Children And The Elderly is poor.The number of various Site is less,and the spatial distribution of Residential Parks and Small Multi-functional Sports Site is uneven.Thirdly,based on the evaluation results of the Accessibility of Outdoor Activity Sites in South Labor Road,the Accessibility problems are analyzed and summarized from the aspects of overall layout,supply and demand relationship,travel routes and site construction.Finally,Accessibility influencing factors as the platform,the problems of Accessibility oriented,give full consideration to the elderly Outdoor Activity behavior characteristics and regularity of influence on site Accessibility,research from the overall layout,the outdoor activity space matching relation between supply and demand in area and population,the elderly travel path and site Accessibility of service level put forward the overall optimization strategy;according to the typical activity characteristics of various sites,the key optimization strategies of different types of sites are proposed.In addition,back to the South Llabor Road section,put forward the optimization strategy for its existing problems.This article through to the elderly outdoor activity behavior characteristic and the Outdoor Activity Sites Accessibility research,It’s discuss to the elderly Outdoor Activity Sites of residential areas of fine configuration mode from the view point of walking Accessibility.This evaluation methods and allocation strategy has a certain reference value and significance to Existing Residential Area of supporting facilities.At the same time,the research also breaks through the administrative boundary of the community,and makes a certain exploration for the co-construction and sharing mode and strategy of supporting facilities at the level of the whole residential area. |
