Energy is the lifeblood of national economic development and the guarantee of ecological civilization construction,social progress and harmony,and people's happiness and well-being.In recent years,the key period of national energy transformation is becoming more and more important.Today,with the increasing energy consumption and increasingly serious environmental problems,it is imperative to actively promote "Internet +" smart energy.On the other hand,with China becoming the second largest economy in the world,the lack of advanced independent R & D industrial software has become a constraint factor for the further rapid development of China's industrial economy.The arrival of the era of Intelligence further highlights the strategic significance of industrial software,and "Made in China" urgently needs independent research and development of industrial software.Simulation software is an important cornerstone for the realization of high intelligence in industrial production,while the independently development of simulation software in the field of energy in China has been in a relatively short state.In this paper,the steady-state modeling and simulation software of power plant thermal system is developed independently under the above background.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Research and development of modeling and simulation software for thermal system of power plant.Based on the mechanism,this software realizes the development of generalized generalpurpose component modules for common equipment of thermal system,including steam turbine,condenser,feed water heater,deaerator,superheater,economizer,evaporator,water pump,pipeline,tee,etc.each module has clear physical boundary and relatively independent mathematical model.This software uses the object-oriented method,through the modular modeling method to build the thermal system model of power plant.The design of flow module is used to construct the topological structure of the actual thermal system,and finally the modular modeling method of the thermal system is realized.The modular modeling method organizes the system model according to the hierarchical structure,which has good reusability and expansibility,and the relative mathematical independence of a single module ensures the high reliability of the system model.The system model constructed by software is a graph structure with the equipment module as the point and the flow module as the edge.The traversal of each module is completed by depth first search,and the mathematical model of the whole system is constructed.The essence of its solution is the joint solution of each module's mathematical model.The solution is carried out by the high-performance solver of software,and then the simulation results of the system model are obtained.The software of this paper is used to model a cogeneration unit with multi extraction scheme,and its thermoelectric characteristics are studied.Firstly,the software of this paper is used to model the model according to the design data of the modeling object,and the error is checked and analyzed.The simulation error is controlled within the acceptable range of the study.Based on the verification design model,the derivative condition modeling of the cogeneration unit is carried out.Based on the simulation data of the derived operating conditions,the thermoelectric characteristics of the cogeneration unit are analyzed.The simulation results show that the multi extraction cogeneration unit can be decoupled to a certain extent under constant load operation,which can avoid the loss caused by variable load operation of the unit.At the same time,the simulation results also show the high reliability of the software in this paper.
