The research of the residential solar thermal plant combined with biogas has important significance in small-scale mode of solar thermal plant.The solar thermal plant was combined with biogas and regarded as the first power output part by adding thermal storage system and the auxiliary heat source(biogas),which made up heat as solar radiation was insufficient.The methane electricity generation was instead of solar power at night.So that both coordination work in the form of complementary powered to the user and achieved the goal of uninterrupted power supply.The system in this paper consisted of heat collection system,thermal storage system and power system.The heat collection system was a compound parabolic concentrator(CPC).Power system was a micro turbine.Thermal storage system was designed as a new structure of vertical spiral plate.Firstly,make a model of CPC trough solar concentrator and thermal storage system by Solidworks software.Emulate the ray tracing of CPC trough solar concentrator.Thus the simulation to concentrated collection efficiency was 42%Secondly emulate on melting and solidification processes of thermal energy storage system designed as a new structure of vertical spiral plate were conducted by use of Fluent.The temperature and liquid rate distribution chart and the velocity vector distribution of the PCM materials in the device under the condition of natural-convection heat transfer were achieved.Thus analysis device heating efficiency was 91.6%Then using SIMULINK to build models of all parts components that included water entropy and enthalpy calculation module,calculate modeling and take parameter estimation.Through the modeling analysis of the system as a whole,rated power when the system is able to meet 20 kW,residential electricity power system peak efficiency can reach 8.6%,the average annual power generation efficiency is 3.7%,simulate the one day of working hours,and cooperate with each subsystem works.According to each subsystem of the device parameters,build a house with joint biogas power generation system of field experiment platform Results show that the system can achieve the purpose of the residential solar thermal plant combined with biogas,and provide theoretical basis in the rural residential use of clean energy such as solar,biogas power.
