As a supplement to the public transit,the route deviation transit can solve the bus service problems in low-density areas and take care of the people who are inconvenient to travel.This paper focuses on the route deviation transit,based on the study of design operation parameters and operation capacity,proposes parameter design method and capacity calculation method,provides provide theoretical guidance for early planning and later operation,improves efficiency,attractiveness and service level of transportation.Firstly,after introducing the characteristics,scope and function positioning of the route deviation transit,this paper clarifies its operation process,analyzes the operation rules,and determines the operation mode.The paper introduces several application examples of route deviation transit in foreign countries.This paper analyzes the ideal operation capacity,designed operation capability,actual operation capacity,and transit working diagram.Specifically analyze the parameters affecting the system operation,propose a slack time allocation method for the rectangular service area and the triangle service area,determine the slack time calculation method by the interval unit,and further determine the one-trip period of the vehicle;Establish an optimal headway calculation model and solve it.Secondly,this paper proposes the calculation method of ideal operation capability,and analyzes its changes from three parameters: demand generation rate,service range and number of stations.In order to know the number of passengers that can be transported under the consideration of passenger experience,this paper establishes a computing model of operational capacity based on the overall efficiency of the system and combined with the service level index,designs the insertion algorithm to solve the problem,and then summarizes the methods and procedures of acquiring design operation capacity and actual operation capacity.Thirdly,the simulation of the rectangular area and the triangular service area is carried out,and the design operation capability and service level are calculated.The simulation proves the rationality of the operational parameter design method and the validity of the design operation ability calculation model and algorithm.The transit working diagram is used to clarify the operation status of the bus.Finally,in view of the need to adjust parameters in actual operation,this paper builds the simulation platform,analyses the impact of operational parameters on operational capacity and service level.Based on the case of the demand surge in the actual operation,the service level classification table is constructed and the operation parameters are adjusted to achieve satisfactory results.
