| With low energy consumption,less pollution and high efficiency,urban rail transit has effectively alleviated the problem of traffic congestion in China.It is the main measure to share the passenger flow of public transportation.It is developing rapidly in China and its scale is expanding continuously.However,the construction cost of rail transit is high and the cycle is long,and it is difficult to change once it is completed.Therefore,the operation efficiency that reflects the cost input of rail transit and the passenger flow output is a problem that needs to be carefully considered in the project decision-making.As the base point of urban rail passenger flow attraction,the operation efficiency of railway station can directly represent the operation efficiency of rail transit system.Therefore,considering the operation efficiency of railway station,the problem of urban rail transit line planning has a high research value.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of traffic efficiency evaluation and rail transit planning,and points out the shortcomings of the existing research.Then,the factors affecting the operation efficiency of urban rail stations are analyzed,four input indexes are selected from the perspective of manpower,land and facilities,and three output indexes are selected from the perspective of passenger flow efficiency,and a multi-level and multi-facet evaluation system of the operation efficiency of railway stations is constructed.At the same time,this paper constructs the multiple regression model of the station operating efficiency and the built environment,and provides the forecasting method of the station operating efficiency.Secondly,according to the decision factors that need to be considered in urban rail line planning,aiming at maximizing the railway station operation efficiency and minimizing the line construction cost,the urban rail transit line planning model is constructed.Finally,taking Dalian City as an example,this paper measures and analyzes the operation efficiency of 67 stations of Dalian Metro Line 1,2,3 and 12 based on the Super-SBM model.Meanwhile,K-means clustering analysis is used to classify the urban rail stations in Dalian City,and the characteristics of operation efficiency of different types of stations are discussed.The paper divides Dalian city into regions by using grid method,and determines the areas that can be built by combining urban planning guidelines and terrain factors.Based on ant colony algorithm and the above model,the optimal scheme of Dalian rail transit line is obtained.The research shows that in Dalian urban rail stations,20.9% of the comprehensive efficiency value reaches DEA effectiveness,and the rest of the stations have room for improvement in both input resources and existing passenger flow output,and the overall efficiency level needs to be improved.Therefore,the study of rail transit line planning considering efficiency has certain urgency and practical significance.In the scheme of new lines in Dalian obtained in this paper,compared with other rail transit lines,the proportion of the number of effective DEA stations is increased,which proves the effectiveness and rationality of this model. |
