Residents living in low-density travel areas such as urban suburbs,new urban areas,and rural areas have poor riding services.They often have to wait for a long time at the station,and public transportation does not play a substantial role.Path-offset public transport is a flexible"door-to-door" service method that combines the efficiency of conventional public transport modes and the flexibility of demand response modes,and can meet the travel needs of people with low travel density and special groups.This thesis constructs a route deviation transit(Route Deviation Transit,RDT)system multi-vehicle operation scheduling model for research,aiming to reduce the cost of public transportation operation in suburban and rural areas and optimize the level of public transport service.First of all,this thesis proposes the RDT line station design method.The site traffic is used as a parameter to adjust the weight of the site to correct the K-means clustering center of the site in the area to determine the location of the control site.With the minimum total system cost as the optimization goal,the location of the selectable site is determined by constructing a system cost model.Then,in this thesis,the minimum value of the sum of vehicle operating cost and passenger travel cost is the optimal goal,and the multi-vehicle operation scheduling model of the RDT system is constructed.Taking the available relaxation time as the control parameter of the RDT system.Considering the insertion process of the random travel demand of passengers during the operation.A heuristic search algorithm is used to design the solution algorithm of the operation scheduling model.Finally,taking bus NO.5 on the outskirts of Harbin as an example.Use MATLAB to simulate the RDT system operation scheduling model to verify the stability and feasibility of the RDT system under different demand conditions.The results show that under different demand conditions,the system indicators of the RDT system such as the ride time,waiting time and vehicle mileage of each passenger in the RDT system have a small fluctuation range,and the system performance is relatively stable;under the same demand conditions,the per capita cost of RDT system is 5.9%~10.8%less than that of conventional public transportation system.So,under the condition of ρ=20~40(people/h)demand,the RDT system is more effective than conventional bus.
