At present,ecological construction has been promoted to the national strategic height,green production has become the mainstream trend of basic industry,and the new environmental protection assessment standards have changed the market pattern and ready-mixed concrete industry.In this context,China's premixed concrete industry is experiencing a green revolution from raw materials,to production and transportation technology,and then to the whole industrial link of construction.The state has formulated a series of guidelines and policies for green production in the concrete industry since 2016,and vigorously cracked down on concrete enterprises that fail to meet the EIA(Environmental Impact Assessment)standards.On the one hand,it forces enterprises to adjust their development strategies according to the requirements of EIA,so as to stabilize production and ensure benefits under the premise of green production.On the other hand,it brings new opportunities for enterprises that have reached the EIA standards and strive to improve benefits.This paper focuses on such enterprises and takes Guangxi JR Concrete Co.,Ltd.as an example to discuss the green development of commercial concrete enterprises and draw practical strategic conclusions,providing a strong theoretical basis and method guidance for JR's transformation and upgrading.In JR's business area,state-owned enterprises,central enterprises,and large private enterprises have obvious competitive advantages,and JR is in the middle level,with 40%of the industry competitor's strength is basically the same,the company's basic structure and competition foundation is also relatively similar.Therefore,the analysis of JR company can provide reference for the development of similar enterprises(small and medium-sized concrete private enterprises with environmental protection as the development point).Its sustainable vision for the future,the development of the industry also has a certain forward-looking contribution.This paper will use a PEST analysis,Porter's Five Forces model,combined with the SCP model related concepts,the commercial concrete industry trends and JR company competitive environment analysis,comprehensive JR company internal advantages and disadvantages,through the SWOT model analysis,choose professional growth strategy as the company's overall strategy,for horizontal integration development.On this basis,choose the comprehensive advantages strategy(low cost + technical differences + transaction efficiency)as the main competitive strategy of growth strategy.The comparative advantages of using enterprise EIA qualification(cost),line(technology),and the difference of the overall relocation construction related companies affiliated shipment(efficiency)three together,form a comprehensive comparative advantages,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
