Since China's reform and opening up from decades ago,all walks of life have developed rapidly,especially in the manufacturing industry.Relying on the demographic dividend,large-scale manufacturing and distribution are implemented at low cost.With the changes in the economic structure of China's eastern and western region,the aging of population,the rise of the manufacturing industry in southeast Asia,China's manufacturing industry is facing transformation.With the industrial 4.0 development strategy issued by the German government and the China 2025 action program formulated by the Chinese government,the government and enterprises attach great importance to the automation,digitalization and intellectualization of the manufacturing industry.Although being developed rapidly since its establishment in 2005,Bear Electric Appliance Co.,Ltd.,a labor-intensive manufacturer,is eager now for developing its automated manufacturing system at this background.This thesis studies the product map of the Bear's Humidifier,selects the model whose output reaches 80%,and researches on its water tank,so as to analyze and explore the automatic manufacturing system of the humidifier water tank.through analyzing the current situation of automatic manufacturing at home and abroad and referring to relevant literature,this thesis also expound the background,related theories,key technologies,function and design of the target system of the humidifier water tank automation manufacturing.Literature review.Mainly refer to the relevant theory of automation control,PLC-related technology,the development and application of manipulator and so on,to understand the research and application status of automation in different industries at home and abroad.Functional analysis.Based on the theory of software system design and development,the automatic manufacturing system of humidifier water tank is established to realize the goal of reducing manpower and increasing efficiency as well as guaranteeing quality.Each module features strong operability,versatility,and can be replaced or updated quickly.System design.According to the analysis of the function modules,the whole system is divided into four modules: program compilation,state monitoring,motion control and system debugging.The operation mode and business workflow of each functional module are designed in detail.At the same time,the design and implementation of the hardware module are tested to ensure the stability of the system.This thesis is aim to design and implement humidifier water tank automation manufacturing system of Bear Electric Appliance Co.,Ltd.Bear is the largest manufacturer of humidifier in China,which means that its implementation of automation manufacturing system is a benchmark for other enterprise and the whole industry.It also means that it is the first time for humidifier manufacturing industry to achieve automation,which is innovative.Besides,the successful experience of the humidifier automation system can be applied to other products within the enterprise,so as to greatly improve enterprise' economic efficiency and promote its manufacturing transformation.
