Research On The Design Of Space Environment Of Apartments For The Elderly Based On Perceptual Experience Theory

In the context of aging population.It is indeed derived from a series of problems,covering development from all kinds of aspects.The emergence of apartment for the aged to ease the pressure of development and burden on social pension for the contemporary.How to create a living space catering for the needs of the elderly is not only a major challenge for apartment for the aged,but also a pressing issue for the times to grant us.This paper analyzes the mature apartments for the aged from home and abroad,and expounds the development prospect and development significance of the apartments for the aged domestically.In the previous designs,the study of the nursing institutions,are mainly concentrated in the barrier-free designs,ignoring the difference in the needs of living space between the elderly and people with disabilities,and even the error in understanding the relevant rules.While some problems in the market of old apartments,such as in the unreasonable designs,the concept of error and other issues,further affects people's understanding of the old apartment,and this subject is situated with this context,design research on the old apartment building is of profound significance for pension problem in China.This topic is mainly from the perspective of the perception of the experience,first of all,it is aimed to combine the characteristics of the elderly to summarize,combined with the basic elements of space-shape,color,light,voice on the research on the elderly apartment,with a good understanding of the demand for living space for the elderly.Faced with the demand,it needs to put forward suitable experiences of space environment for the elderly living experience for the elderly,so as to create a comfortable living space,but also design researches on the space environment for our country's old apartment to provide some reference.
