Design Of Nursing Services System And Product For Long-term Bedridden Elderly

With the speeding up of the aging process,the need of provide bedridden elderly care services has become increasingly urgent,through literature research and field investigation,this study found that domestic care service mode is not yet enough to cover the needs of personal care,life care,normal care and professional,the social service system of aging people has not yet been established;The relevant studies abroad mainly focus on the elderly population and long-term care system,and are all based on the economy,policies on aging people and cultural traditions of various countries,which are quite different from the current situation of China's complex old-age care status,service continuity,professionalism and policy norms.Based on the survey in Beijing,this paper carried out a field survey on the care of long-term bedridden elderly,their families,nursing workers and other relevant people.From the perspective of service design,the paper focused on the survey on the demand for care services,sorted out the pain points and opportunities of family care services in the community,collected,statistically analyzed the survey data,and defined the demand for care services for long-term bedridden elderly.Combined with the Internet,Internet of things and cloud technology,to put forward a nursing service system for long-term bedridden elderly,and based on the overall study of service system to prevent the long-term bed pressure sores caused by complications nursing product design.In order to ensure the scientificity and practicability of the research,the research method of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis is adopted.Questionnaire survey,observation method,role experience,in-depth interview and other research methods were used to investigate and analyze the pain points and characteristics of bedridden elderly people.Through field research and desk research to summarize and analyze the current modes of care at home and abroad and the present situation of old-age care service in Beijing,using literature research and induction method to investigate and analyze the existing service mode and product function,through a combination of product service system design method to build the bedridden elderly care service system.This study first systematically summarized the successful experience and inspiration of domestic and foreign nursing service system from the perspective of service design,which has a good reference value for the improvement and optimization of China's elderly service system.Then,from the perspective of service design,the relevant people in the system will be studied and the internal needs and pain points of each party will be explored.The nursing service system for long-term bedridden elderly will be constructed,and the forces from all walks of life will be better integrated in the system,which will help to optimize the service experience for the elderly.Finally,the appropriate design strategy for aging people,the completion of the prevention of pressure sore smart mattress design,effectively optimize the long-term care of the elderly in bed,reduce the risk of pressure ulcers in bed patients,and reduce the pressure of family and nursing staff,and have practical significance for reducing the pressure and pension contradiction.
