With the rapid development of the economy,people’s consumption awareness and tourism demand are changing,and they begin to pay attention to quality tourism.At the same time,the hotel is constantly being given new connotations in its development and has become a new choice for people’s quality tourism.In addition,the policy dividend is gradually released,guiding the progress of the hotel industry.At present,a large number of homestays have emerged in Hunan.However,due to the lack of research on the type of hotel,the clear understanding of the location and the neglect of the corresponding spatial morphological features,it has better resources in design,construction and operation.waste.Therefore,it is necessary and far-reaching to study the classification of the type of the hotel and the corresponding spatial morphological characteristics in the early stage of precise positioning,guiding the design and construction,and formulating the operation mode.This study attempts to explore the characteristics of the spatial form of Hunan B&B and construct a rational resource utilization concept,so that the B&B can use the resources of the area in a targeted manner to grow naturally from the site and guide the sustainable development of the B&B.Therefore,based on the investigation of the B&B in Hunan,this paper summarizes the classification and distribution characteristics of the B&B,and proposes the classification method of the resource elements of the B&B,and summarizes the influencing factors,constituent elements and final presentation characteristics of the spatial forms of each type of B&B.Firstly,through the research on the status quo of the development of the hotel and the related data collected,the concept and connotation of the B&B,type and spatial form are defined,and the historical evolution of the development of B&B in China is deeply analyzed.At the same time,from the two aspects of the components and influencing factors The concept of form is defined and analyzed.Secondly,through the study of the current situation in Hunan and the development history of Hunan B&B,a preliminary understanding of Hunan B&B has been made.Then,through a large number of on-the-spot investigations on the building of the outstanding areas in Hunan and other provinces,and further sorting out the location background,surrounding environment,space organization,architectural design and operation and service of different types of B&B,and pointing out the design features of the B&B in Hunan.And insufficient.Then,based on the general classification method,this paper proposes the classification principle of Hunan B&B and summarizes the classification and distribution characteristics ofthe country’s mature areas,and draws the classification method that is really applicable to Hunan B&B,namely the resource element classification method,and then studies each type in Hunan’s relying on resources and distribution.In line with the domestic excellent B&B,it is proposed that the spatial form of the B&B is inevitably influenced by the type of resource elements of the B&B.Finally,the Hunan B&B has done a statistical study on the spatial form according to the three categories of natural landscape type,modern city type and historical folk type.A large number of cases show that the three types of B&B are affected by the climate environment and construction technology when the resource elements are different.Create a spatial form that is influenced by ideas,building materials,and cultural practices.Let the B&B better integrate local resources,find a balance between the appeal of interests and the inheritance of regional culture,and provide new ideas and references for the continuation of Hunan’s landscape features,regional culture and life wisdom.
