| In recent years,rural tourism has began to develop rapidly.The comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization policy and the rise of experiential tourism make villages and small towns construction in China present a prosperous state.Under this background,the number of bed and breakfast in the villages and small towns began to increase dramatically,which became the destination of leisure tourism for many urban people.B&B has appeared very early in foreign countries and Taiwan area,which has been relatively perfect in laws,regulations and theoretical research,and developed relatively mature.B&B industry in China’s mainland started late.In the past three years,Despite the emergence of a large number of well-designed B&B in Hunan province,the overall development is still in the initial stage.The theory research about B&B is far behind the construction speed of B&B.This not only causes the current situation of the disordered growth of B&B,but also is bad for sustainable development of the B&B industry.In this thesis,the author takes villages and small towns B&B in Hunan province as the research object,and analyzes the design methods of excellent B&B cases in China and abroad.Based on these experiences,the author makes a comparison between them with the case research of villages and small towns B&B in Hunan province,and puts forward the design strategy about villages and small towns B&B.The author hopes to provide some reference for the design of villages and small towns B&B in the future and promote the healthy development of B&B.The first chapter in this thesis introduces the research background of the paper,expounds the purpose and significance of the research,defines the scope and object of the research,analyzes the research status of B&B at home and abroad and formulates the research methods and framework.The second chapter takes domestic and foreign excellent B&B cases as the reference object,and puts forward that it should pay special attention to the factors such as location and environment,architectural form,functional space and user experience in the design strategy.The third chapter analyzes the development status of B&B in Hunan,and discusses the characteristics of traditional villages and small towns building.The fourth chapter makes an investigation of various phenomena and design methods of villages and small towns B&B in Hunan province.The author choose the representative suburban holiday bedand breakfast "Guxiang ","Shangbao story" in the ancient village,and the coastal bed and breakfast "Juansu Zhenping" as the research subject.On the basis of field research and interviews,this paper compares these B&B facilities with excellent B&B design at home and abroad,and explores the characteristics and shortcomings of B&B design in villages and small towns.Based on the above research results,aiming at the existing problems of B&B in villages and small towns.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward the design strategies that can be adopted in the following five aspects:1.Reasonable location.2.Space design.3.Safety and comfort.4.Create theme feature.5.Business management and development.Through the research and analysis of this paper,the author hopes to provide reference and enlightenment for the design and development of B&B in villages and small towns in the future,and enrich the theory of B&B architecture design. |
