Research On Rural Residential Accommodation Planning Based On TRIZ Innovation Theory

With the development and progress of society,our living standard is constantly improving,and traveling has become a part of our daily life,planning one or two or more trips a year is already an important part of many people’s annual plans.At the same time,the tourism industry is also developing rapidly.With the promotion of the rural revitalization and the beautiful countryside,the whole-area tourism is also advancing step by step.As an important part of the rural tourism industry,the rural residential accommodation industry has also developed rapidly.Because of the late start and rapid development,there are some problems in the process of development,which bring the bad experience to the consumers and the negative influence to the development of the rural bed and breakfast.In order to better meet the needs of consumers and the good development of Rural bed-and-breakfast,this thesis combines the planning practice of Shouyue Mount Heng Health Valley Project,and starts from the analysis of bed-and-breakfast resources by using TRIZ innovative theory resource analysis method,the systematic analysis of the home-and-lodging resources determines the feasibility of rural home-and-lodging construction and the later planning and construction.In this thesis,the development background and current situation of residential quarters are studied,the features and problems of residential quarters are analyzed,and the concept and TRIZ theory of residential quarters are expounded.Using TRIZ theory resource analysis tool to analyze the rural residential accommodation resource and apply it to the planning of rural residential accommodation,the following conclusions are drawn: First,the planning and construction of rural residential accommodation needs rich resources as the premise,based on the convenience of transportation and the comfort of the surroundings.Therefore,before the planning and construction of village bed-and-breakfast,TRIZ theory can be used to analyze the resources and integrate the resources to determine the feasibility of village bed-and-breakfast.Secondly,there are some unreasonable problems in the current development stage of rural bed-and-breakfast,such as the convergence,the hotel,the indiscriminate construction,and the lack of a perfect development system.Therefore,in the planning and construction of rural residential accommodation should be clear about its own theme,enhance the sense of innovation and experience-building.Third,the development of Rural bed-and-breakfast has great value,with the development of rural tourism,the development of Rural bed-and-breakfast also has good prospects.The conversion and reuse of idle resources,the increase in employment,the improvement of the income and living standards of rural residents,and the acceleration of urban-rural integration are all good trends that the state advocates and hopes to see,the good development of the rural bed-and-breakfast is of great significance.
