With the publishing of a series of subsidies policies and measures for new energy vehicles in China,manufacturers in the field have gradually increased their investments of R&D,production and manufacturing capabilities in recent years,in the process of rapid development,enterprises inevitably encounter bottlenecks in management or technology.This paper studies the management status of its equipment introduction inCorun Group’s high-tech company Keba,who specializes in the research and development and production of automobile batteries,by carding the existing problems in the project process,and improving its management status by using systematic project management knowledge.The paper expounds the theoretical basis of project management,expl ains the theoretical basis and knowledge field of project management,and combines the content of equipment introduction project,analyses the possibility of combining project management with equipment introduction projects,then,illustrates the feasibility and necessity of using project management method to optimize management mode in equipment introduction project for Keba Company;On this basis,analyses the current situation of equipment introduction project of Keba Company.Analyses the overall process,project establishment,human resources organizational guarantee,progress control,supplier management and other dimensions,and puts forward the specific problems in the current equipment introduction process of Keba Company;We must solve problems if they are raised,improving the process of equipment introduction project management by using project management method.Based on the nine knowledge areas of project management,optimizing the project management system of equipment introduction project again,applying the project management knowledge to the equipment introduction project of Keba Company in an all-round way,and raising the practical solutions;And proposes the main safeguard measures,so that the improved equipment introduction project management system can be implemented.This paper takes Keba Company as the research carrier,takes its equipment introduction projects as the research object,applies project management to improve it,and puts forward the management mode used in equipment introduction project for the reference of leaders and readers.
