| With the development of China’s economy,the continuous advancement of urbanization process,the continuous improvement of people’s living standard and income,and the continuous progress of technical capability,the throughput of China’s import and export containers is increasing.Major coastal cities have invested some large container terminals.A new generation of semi-automated terminals and even fully automated terminals has begun to enter the planning,and has been opened for commercial operation.The efficiency,cost and management of container terminal have also been raised to a new level.As a supplier of port equipment,large port equipment is gradually upgraded to meet the requirements of new types of automatic terminal equipment.Compared with traditional equipment,more automation systems and other subsystems need to be integrated,which greatly increases the difficulty of project management.This dissertation takes the progress management method for automation port equipment manufacturing project of company C.as the research object.The main research work and its achievements are as follows:1.On the basis of clear research background significance,research objectives and contents,this dissertation analyzes the status of port manufacturing projects,finds out the technical bottlenecks in the current automation project schedule management,and focuses on the key chain based on the progress management method.2.A progress planning management method based on crtical chain technology for automatic port machine project is proposed,which includes:(1)making detailed work activity list,estimating project activity time,setting up each activity path,making detailed project progress plan,and setting up the delay warning of project and so on.(2)In the process of project implementation,through monitoring the progress of activities,it finds out the possible delay risk in time,and reminds the managers to take corrective measures to ensure that the project is carried out in an orderly manner according to the schedule.(3)through the project schedule risk planning,prediction,detection and corresponding response measures,it reduces or even avoids the impact of project risk on schedule,thus improving the project delivery rate on time.3.The theoretical knowledge of project management,especially the related knowledge of time schedule management,is applied to the project management of automated port machinery,and a reasonable project schedule is made for the actual operating conditions.In the actual L project,the project management team applies the management method forecast and estimates the total cycle of project,and proposes the measures for improving the project.Compared with the traditional method,the improved one can reduce 7% of the project time,and can successfully deliver project within the contract time and has become the first automatic project delivered on time.Therefore,the research method can help the manufacturing enterprises to reduce the automation project risk,shorten the total project time,improve the project delivery rate on time,and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprises in this field. |
