In April 2013,Germany first proposed the “Industry 4.0” strategy at the Hannover Messe,and it quickly caused a heated discussion around the world.Then,the United States released "accelerating the US advanced manufacturing industry",Japan proposed the "new Japanese robot strategy",and China also released "Made in China 2025." A global industrial transformation is brewing,and the world's industrial development will gradually move toward a new stage characterized by emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things,mobile Internet,big data,and cloud computing.Under such a background,the domestic manufacturing industry has ushered in a special era.The country has issued a smart manufacturing development strategy.Local governments have introduced incentive and subsidy policies.Enterprises are also actively pursuing automation transformation.“Machine substitution” is in full swing in many enterprises.Developed.Non-standard automation equipment manufacturing industry has ushered in a vibrant spring.However,at the same time,it has to be acknowledged that the non-standard automation equipment manufacturing industry started relatively late in China.The author's company,as a private enterprise with non-standard automation equipment,has a turnover of over 100 million,but there is a project management.Delays in the period,lax control of the process,etc.As the number of projects continues to increase,the volume of business continues to expand,and these problems in project management are increasingly prominent,seriously hindering the stable development of enterprises.Therefore,the original project management process can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development,and the optimization of project management process is imminent.Therefore,based on the actual situation of R company,this paper makes an optimization study on R company project management process.Firstly,the project management theory,process reform theory and scapegoat theory are introduced.The methods used in the project management process optimization process are described.Secondly,the R company project management process was introduced,and the specific problems in the five stages of the project management process were analyzed in detail.Based on the relevant theories introduced above,combined with the analysis of specific problems at each stage of R company project management,the project process optimization plan for R company was designed.In the project design and development phase,the long delivery period pre-purchase plan was added,the internal drawing review process was improved,and the project milestone plan was optimized.In the project parts procurement stage,a number of project centralized procurement confirmation processes have been added,and the order method for modifying the original processing parts is to be placed in a modular order.During the assembly and commissioning phase of the project,increase the record and record the wasted working hours.In the project acceptance phase,add a list of problem points and track the progress of each problem point.And after the project acceptance,add the project summary.Finally,the optimized project process will encounter a lot of resistance during the implementation process,so it needs the continuous support of senior leaders and the improvement of the guarantee system.It also needs to establish a project management assessment and training mechanism to ensure that the optimized project management process implemented smoothly.
