With the development of market economy,the conflict between employees and employers becomes more and more serious.The effective implementation of collective wage negotiation system is a significant way to safeguard the rights and interests of employees,solve conflicts between them and guarantee the harmonious labor relations construction.Guangya Auto Parts Co.,Ltd has implemented a collective wage negotiation system since 2010,which has contributed to harmonious labor relations,increasing employees' income,and promoting the stable development of enterprises.However,with the growth of collective wage negotiations,both employers and employees feel that consultation is becoming more and more difficult and deadlock happens fro m time to time.The author used the case study method to systematically collect data and material from Guangya's collective wage negotiation and write the case.Besides,the author combined the case with theoretical foundation to analyze the representativeness of the labor union,the participation of employees,the factors that affect wages,the substantive and procedural aspects of negotiations,the collective labor dispute handling mechanism and so on,and finally find out the reasons why????'s collective wage negotiation is increasingly difficult to make employees satisfied and how to expand the negotiation space,as well as how to break the deadlock in the negotiations.Then the comparative analysis of the leading domestic cooperation experience in collective wage negotiation and the mature foreign collective negotiation system is taken as a reference to introduce impr oved ideas.In order to make the collective wage negotiation of Guangya Auto Parts Co.,Ltd play a long-term and sustainable role,it is necessary to adjust the access of labor unio n members and the basic qualifications of cadres,elect the labor union dir ectly,publicize information through multiple channels,and improve the bargaining abilit y to reshape the labor union;To establish the wage negotiation system and adopt the system to guarantee the negotiation;In terms of human resources,the focus of management should be shifted to labor relations,building a bridge between employees and employers,improving communication channels,and reforming the human resources system for adjustment.These improvement proposals require employers and employees to cooperate and establish a win-win concept as well as a full-time labor relationship management.The establishment of the business planning bureau allows employees to participate in corporate management as an organizational guarantee.It is hoped that by using the description and analysis of Guangya's collective wage negotiation,the improvement proposal can improve the real-life operation,promote mutual benefit and a win-win outcome between employers and employees,and provide a method with reference value for other enterprises to conduct collective wage negotiation.
