Construction project management is a complex system project.Effective management of construction projects is a key factor in promoting the continuous development of enterprises.The transformation of informational and automation of construction project management is conducive to the further improvement of construction projects.The level of management and effectiveness based on the in-depth investigation and analysis of the work content and work flow of construction project management,this research paper does exploratory and research work on the informational of construction project management,and uses object-oriented software development technology to do the system.A comprehensive analysis was conducted,and a three-tiered architecture of the B/S model was used to design and implement a construction project management system.Thesis mainly completed the following work:1.Based on the latest Visuals studio 2013 and SQL Severs2014,this paper combines the B/S three-tier architecture,puts forward the system requirements based on the on-the-spot investigation of the construction project management of the author's unit,and establishes the system user.Features and business processes.2.System design of the construction project management system,based on the needs analysis,combined with the final target system,the overall architecture,functional modules and database table structure of the construction project management system are introduced and elaborated.3.This system divides the system module into the system project basic management,project schedule management,project contract management,subcontractor management,project file management and other modules.The design module is based on the process characteristics of the construction project management.The strong integrity breaks through the limitations of previous scholars who only designed one or several discrete modules in the process.4.Finally,the implementation interface of the main functions of the const ruction project management system is introduced,and the key codes of each module are analyzed,and the system is tested.The system finally passed the test,and the test results show that the practicability and effectiveness of the system meet the requirements,which can meet the practical application needs of the construction project of the unit where the author is located,and achieve the design goal.
