Research On Human Resource Management And Control Of Group B

With the accelerated development of global economic integration,many single enterprises are striving to gain broader development space in the new market environment due to the continuous expansion of business,thus gradually moving towards collectivization.Therefore,in the face of the continuous growth of the group's scale and the increasing demand for talents,it is of far-reaching and important significance for group managers to conduct scientific and effective human resource management and control on subordinate companies and better promote the development of the whole group and the realization of strategic goals.Four years I used to work in group B,with B group as an example,this article on the basis of literature review,using the literature research,data analysis,interview method,questionnaire investigation and case analysis of several research methods,the B group,the present situation and problems of human resource control found B group in human resources control problems: the group strategy and corporate culture cannot be well versed in,group set up rules and regulations can't implement,the group internal management confusion,talent management is loose.Then,the reasons for these problems were analyzed,and the following solutions were proposed: B group's selection of human resource management and control mode,definition of the human resource positioning of the group headquarters,establishment of the core function structure of human resources,establishment of the group's human resource management information platform,and establishment of the group's talent management system.The research results have certain guiding significance for B group to improve human resource management and control.
