Continue to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises is an important measure to improve the existing management system of China’s state-owned enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of China’s state-owned enterprises.It is also an important measure to enhance China’s economy and national strength to implement and implement,after the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Party Congress.My country began a very enthusiastic reform of state-owned enterprises.Hanjiang Water Conservancy & Hydropower Co.,Ltd.,hereafter,is referred to as Hanjiang Group in this article.Hanjiang Group has been established for 60 years and is a very representative state-owned enterprise engaged in large-scale water conservancy and hydropower in China.The company has a relatively large share of the market,and the company has a very complete management system,and after 60 years of Continuously develop the advanced corporate culture formed.However,with the reform of the national economic system,the competitiveness of the same industry is increasing.Private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises gradually occupy the main body of the market because of their unique advantages.The development of Hanjiang Group has also been hindered..In particular,after Hanjiang Group relocated its headquarters to Wuhan in 2015,the distance between the company and its parent company was increased,resulting in some weakening in management,which in turn caused the Group’s operating performance to continue to decline.,and even slowly walked down and decayed.Therefore,only by strengthening the reform of the state-owned enterprise system,continuously improving and establishing a group control model that can play a role,can we continuously promote the development of state-owned enterprises.This article analyzes the existing management model of Hanjiang Group and proposes some effective optimization solutions.In this paper,when the related issues are discussed,the relatively successful enterprises in our country are taken as the case,and the relatively mature theories are used as the basis for their research.From the perspective of the reform of the group management system,the Han River is continuously The Group’s existing operation and management model optimization,how to establish a group management and control structure that can fully play its role,and effective management processes and performance evaluation and other related systems have done more in-depth research.The innovation of this article lies in the analysis of the current situation of the Hanjiang Group and the analysis of related systems,thus presenting the strategic thinking and strategicobjectives that are consistent with the Group’s development.In order to better help its development,the related theories proposed can help the group to better optimize the existing management and control modes.This paper hopes to further optimize the control model of the Group headquarters and its subsidiaries.And it can make the group’s management more scientific and ensure its group can develop better.There are six chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction.The main content of this paper is the background of the topics selected in this paper,the purpose of the topics selected,the objects and methods of the research,some relevant ideas,and the related literature used in the research.The second part talks about an overview of Hanjiang Group’s existing management and control theory,from its group’s concept of management and control and the development of related management and control theories.It elaborated comprehensively with some other related theories of the group.The third part talks about the problems existing in the management and control model used by Hanjiang Group at this stage.The fourth part is mainly about the management management model put forward some ideas that can effectively optimize the purpose.What the fifth part talks about is how to put the proposed idea into practice.The sixth part mainly refers to some conclusions drawn from the research of this thesis.
